DTG Garment Printing

Corporate571 uses a Direct to Garment (DTG) printing system on most of our ink applied corporate apparel. A DTG printer is a digital printer than prints directly onto apparel and is ideal for short run jobs under 250 pieces. Compared to conventional screen printing, this process has fewer set up costs and is far more efficient. These savings can then be passed on to our customers.

Another benefit of DTG printers is the "green" nature under which they operate. DTG printers use non-toxic environmentally friendly ink and eliminate the use of large amount of water common in the conventional screen printing process.

A DTG printer also enables us to print very detailed graphics very quickly and efficiently. Again, cost savings that can then be passed along to our customers.

Custom Embroidery

Corporate571 also offers a custom embroidery service for business promotional apparel. Corporate apparel has become an effective marketing tool in today’s business world. Apparel with your company’s logo can be distributed in house or to existing and potential clients. Screen Printing

Although Corporate571 uses a DTG digital apparel printer whenever possible, it is more cost effective to screen print larger jobs of 250 pieces or more. We offer a full service screen printing process for large runs or for customers who desire a more "rugged" screen printed feel.

Even when screen printing, Corporate571 uses non-toxic environmentally friendly inks at all times. Conventional plastisol inks, most commonly used in screen printing, are very toxic and harmful to the environment.
